Cortney Heitkamp

Cortney Heitkamp, MBA, SHRM-SCP, currently serves as VP of Human Resources at TFS, a position held since July 2024. Prior to this role, Cortney worked at OnPoint Group, LLC, where responsibilities included Vice President of HR Services and Director of Human Resources from June 2018 to July 2024. Cortney's extensive experience at The Walt Disney Company from June 2007 to June 2018 involved various roles, including Disney Institute Labor Analyst and several managerial positions in scheduling and deployment within Walt Disney World Park Operations. Educational qualifications consist of a Master of Business Administration from Webster University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Hospitality & Tourism Management from Tiffin University.
