Christopher de Vera

Christopher de Vera is an experienced network professional with a strong background in network operations and support. Currently serving as Network Team Lead and Assistant Team Lead at Total Information Management Corporation since July 2017, Christopher is responsible for supervising the Network Operations Center (NOC), providing expert assistance for escalated customer issues, and training team members. Previous roles include Senior Network Engineer at Total Information Management Corporation, Network Operations Center Engineer at Virtela Technology Services, and Service Assurance Engineer at TPG Telecom Australia. Christopher holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology from Lyceum-Northwestern University and has completed various certifications, including CCNA and Cisco ACI training.
