Carol Fox has over 25 years of experience in the field of contract and customer service management. Carol began their career in 1993 as a Customer Service Manager at Zimmer Jackson-Zimmer Frey. In 2014, they moved to Zimmer Biomet as a Contract Manager, where they were responsible for supervising employees, interviewing and hiring staff, and planning, assigning and directing work. In 2016, they joined Total Joint Orthopedics as a Contract Manager, where they enhanced new opportunities for growth and success within the organization by using their management and analytical skills to interact with both customers and sales teams. Carol was successful in coordinating with sales leaders to foster an environment of excellence in contract detail and ensured that contracts were renewed and executed in a timely manner.
