Filip Stanek

Filip Stanek has extensive experience in software development. Filip currently holds the position of Software Developer Team Lead and Technical Lead at Total Quality Logistics since 2017. In this role, they are responsible for leading the migration of the ERP system from Microsoft Dynamics to Oracle Fusion. Filip oversees multiple scrum teams and ensures the successful implementation of the project. Filip also played a key role in the complete rewrite of an in-house commissions application and the modernization of a sales-facing accounting application, resulting in improved efficiency and user experience. Filip has also implemented various technical solutions such as Boomi integrations, change data capture, and microservices using C#.

Prior to joining Total Quality Logistics, Filip worked at Advanced Computer Graphics, Inc as a Software Developer from 2007 to 2017. Here, they developed responsive web solutions on Microsoft Azure and converted complex calculations from Excel to JavaScript, streamlining data processing and analysis. Filip also designed and implemented interactive projects for trade shows and web-based services for real-time workload comparison.

Filip's earlier experience includes working at HarvestINFO as a Software Developer from 2005 to 2007. Here, they developed new products and provided support for existing software, including web portals developed in .NET 2.

Filip Stanek attended the University of Cincinnati from 2000 to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science and Philosophy. In 2022, they obtained the Professional Scrum Developer™ I (PSD I) certification from Scrum.org.
