Lisa Pelfrey

Lisa Pelfrey currently serves as the Director of HRIS and Compensation at Total Quality Logistics, where leadership of the HRIS and Compensation teams is provided for one of the largest freight brokerage firms in the United States, overseeing over 9,000 employees. Prior to this, Lisa worked at Aristech Surfaces LLC as a Senior Human Resources Generalist, where responsibilities included supervising HR data accuracy, payroll processing, and compliance with employment law. At Jedson, Inc., Lisa held the position of Human Resources Specialist, contributing to human resources management for over 100 employees. Lisa holds a Master of Business Administration in Information Systems from Morehead State University and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Decision Sciences & Information Systems from the University of Kentucky.
