Todd Phillips has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Todd is currently the Vice President of Recruiting at Total Quality Logistics, a leading logistics company. In this role, they oversee recruiting and manages work-life balance for the sales support teams.

Todd's early career was in the US Army, where they served as a Captain in the Field Artillery unit. Todd achieved top ratings throughout their military career and received training in airborne and ranger schools.
