Roger Barnard

Roger Barnard is a seasoned security professional with extensive experience in the field of learning and development. Currently serving as a Security Officer and In-store Trainer at TSS (Total Security Services) Ltd since August 2017, Roger is responsible for ensuring the safety of customers and staff while minimizing shrinkage in retail environments. Prior to this, Roger worked at Openreach from April 1989 to July 2016 as a Learning & Development Trainer/Tutor/Designer, holding a TAP certification. Earlier experience includes managing dairy product sales at Chelmsford Star Cooperative Society from 1986 to 1989, where responsibilities included overseeing a sales team and maintaining customer satisfaction. Roger's educational background includes attendance at Rainsford Comprehensive and Kings Road Infant & Junior School.
