Michelle Grajewski

Michelle Grajewski is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in administrative and managerial roles across various industries. Currently serving as a C-Suite and Team Support Specialist at Total Solutions Group since November 2022, Michelle has also contributed as Vice President of Programming (Volunteer) for the Florida Chapter of The ESOP Association from January 2024 to September 2024. Previous positions include Executive Office Manager at LL Law Firm, Office Manager at Center for Movement, and Practice Admin at McKinsey & Company. Michelle’s career began with roles focused on health, safety, and environment management, including positions at Greif and Delta Corporation. Education includes a Bachelor of Arts in Zoology/Animal Biology and English Literature from Oakland University, two Master of Arts degrees in Educational Psychology and Applied Psychology from the University of Detroit Mercy, and an Associate's degree in Science from Western Michigan University.
