William Press

William Press has extensive work experience in the technology industry. William started their career in 2006 at Total Technology Resources, where they worked as a Lead Technician/Manager. In this role, they were responsible for client management, onsite/remote support, scheduling repairs, new network installs/upgrades, and onsite/offsite backup management. William worked at Total Technology Resources until 2013.

After that, William joined ProductiveTech in 2013 as a Senior Systems Engineer. William held this position until 2015 when they transitioned to the role of Service Manager. In this role, they continued to demonstrate their expertise in managing technology services until leaving ProductiveTech in July 2015.

In 2015, William joined SWK Technologies, Inc. as a Service Manager. William successfully fulfilled this role until 2018, consistently delivering effective service management.

From 2018 to the present, William has been working at Total Technology Resources as a Project Manager. William initially started as a Project Manager and then transitioned to the position of Cloud Project Manager. William remains in this role, demonstrating their strong project management skills and expertise in cloud technology.

William Press completed their Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Secondary English from Temple University in 2010-2011. Prior to that, they obtained a degree in English from DeSales University between 2001 and 2005. In addition to their formal education, William has also obtained several certifications, including but not limited to Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals, Continuity Datto Certified Deployment Specialist (DCDS), Certificate: 300E - StorageCraft Engineer Exam, SE: MidRange Storage Credential 2018, SE: Server Credential 2018, Connectwise Automate Service Technician, Datto Tier 1 Specialist, Connectwise Service Manager, Continuum Certified IT Expert, CompTIA A+ ce Certification, and Sales Engineer Accreditation Curriculum. The years of obtaining these certifications range from 2015 to 2021.
