TW was formed by Candise Jordan in September 2005 when she decided to take her love & knowledge of exercise to the next level and start a part time personal training company. Once she began personal training and watching her clients transform into happier & healthier individuals she decided to pursue her career full time and expand her services to group exercise and nutrition counseling.

We work with men and women of all ages with varying fitness levels and goals. Whether you want to lose body fat and tone your body, build serious muscle, recover from injury or reclaim health & spunk- we will help you do it! We get results!

Total Wellness offers a wide variety of services including Personal Training, Group Exercise Instructing, Nutritional Counseling, and CPR/First Aid Instructing. We operate through several Community Centers throughout PG County & Montgomery County along with a few churches, schools, non profits and small businesses. We also sell a Wide Variety of High Quality Nutritional Supplements.
