Armelle Wiart

Armelle Wiart has extensive experience in human resources and talent development, currently serving as a Senior Talent Developer at TotalEnergies since January 2011. In this role, Armelle supports TERUSA managers and employees with internal mobility and personal development needs. Previous positions include Director of HR and Communication, HR Manager, HR Supervisor, and International HR Advisor, where responsibilities involved coordinating HR requirements for offsite employees, managing recruitment efforts, and liaising with various external contacts. Prior to TotalEnergies, Armelle worked at Cabinet d'avocats Karl Waheed as a Gestionnaire de Personnel International and held internships at Scient'x and HealthpointCapital, LLC. Armelle holds a Specialized Masters in International Mobility Management from ENSAM and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Sociology from McGill University, along with a Baccalauréat from Lycée Français de New York.
