Fabienne Demol

Fabienne Demol has extensive experience in the energy sector, particularly in the field of renewable energy. Their most recent role was as the Vice-President and Global Head of Business Development at TotalEnergies. Prior to this, they served as the Executive Vice-President and Global Head of Business Development at Total Eren, where they focused on developing renewable power projects. Fabienne also worked as a Managing Partner at Héléis, a consultancy firm specializing in wind and photovoltaic projects in emerging countries. Earlier in their career, Fabienne held various positions at EDF Energies Nouvelles, including Executive Vice-President of International Business Development and Head of New Business Development. Fabienne began their career at Alstom Power as a Gas Turbine expert and later worked at Wärtsilä as an IPP Market Manager. Throughout their career, Fabienne has demonstrated their expertise in renewable energy development and project financing.

Fabienne Demol completed their education in the field of mechanical engineering, with a specialization in scientific and industrial communication, at the Université de Technologie de Compiègne (UTC) from 1987 to 1990. Prior to that, they attended Lycée Jean Bart Dunkerque from 1984 to 1986, without obtaining a specific degree, focusing on Maths Sup et Spé.
