Jean-Pierre Loizeau

Jean-Pierre Loizeau is an accomplished HR and talent development professional with extensive experience in senior leadership roles. Currently serving as the Head of Talent Development and Global HR Business Partner for Exploration at TotalEnergies since December 2010, Jean-Pierre also holds the position of Director of Senior Executives Development and Talent Management, overseeing talent management initiatives and succession planning. Previously, at Schneider Electric, Jean-Pierre was the SVP of Learning & Development, leading a global team of learning professionals and advancing a consultative and innovative approach to training. Jean-Pierre's career began at Carrefour, where expertise in international purchasing and category management was established, followed by a directorial role at Cegos, specializing in operational consulting and learning for the Fast Moving Consumer Goods sector. Educational qualifications include a Master of Business Administration from Indiana University of Pennsylvania and a Master’s degree in Marketing from ICN Business School.
