Laura Ricaud

Laura Ricaud currently serves as the Delivery Performance Lead at TotalEnergies Digital Factory since September 2019 and has previously held the position of Information Technology Service Delivery Manager at Total from July 2018 to January 2019, focusing on Data and Business Intelligence projects. Prior to that, Laura worked at Engie from 2014 to July 2018 as an IT Project Leader and was a co-founder of the startup Delaplace through the Intrapreneur Program. Additional experience includes project management roles at COFELY ENDEL - GDF SUEZ GROUP and Otis Elevator Company, as well as trainee positions at Airbus Group, Spraying Systems Co., and Fenwick-Linde. Laura holds an engineering degree from Ecole Nationale d'Ingénieurs de Tarbes - ENIT.
