Marion Bessaguet

Marion Bessaguet has extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as the Head of HR Performance & Data at TotalEnergies since November 2014. In this role, Marion has managed the deployment of the Group's HR Information System in key subsidiaries, overseeing project methodologies, impact analyses, and cross-functional coordination. Previously, Marion held various HR roles, including Learning Applications Department Manager, where responsibilities included implementing new HR processes and facilitating communication and training for HR personnel across the organization. Prior to TotalEnergies, Marion worked at CGI as an HR consultant, leading projects related to HR systems integration and optimizing employee onboarding processes. Additional experience includes consulting positions at SOPRA Consulting and Logica, as well as a training role at ExxonMobil. Marion Bessaguet holds a degree from KEDGE Business School and has completed preparatory classes for prestigious business schools.
