Mike Conroy

Mike Conroy has extensive experience in the lubricant and fuel product development industry, currently serving in multiple leadership roles at TotalEnergies since November 2012, including Advocacy & Representations Manager and Department Head for Powertrain and Materials Technology. Conroy oversees three technical teams focused on engine testing and tribology, managing operations across two sites in France. Previous experience includes a tenure at Infineum from January 1999 to November 2012 as Product Manager for Additive Components and Lubricant Technologist, and as a Laboratory and Analytical Chemist at Shell Global Solutions from September 1991 to December 1998. Conroy holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemistry from The University of Manchester and A Level qualifications from Calday Grange Grammar School.
