Philippe Ballet

Philippe BALLET is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in international business law. Currently serving as Major Projects Senior Legal Counsel at TotalEnergies since February 2012, Philippe provides legal support for large construction projects within the company. Previously, Philippe was the Head of the Legal Department at Lexing Alain Bensoussan - Avocats from April 2006 to December 2011, where a focus on e-archiving and e-signature was established for the financial and insurance sectors. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Legal Manager at BT, following its acquisition of Fluxus, and as Chargé de mission for Commercial and Legal Affairs at Groupe AFNOR, handling intellectual property and IT contracting. Philippe holds a Master in International Business Law from the University of Toulouse I.
