TotalFit Solutions is an integrative wellness company that incorporates the premise that treating the mental wellness of a client in conjunction with the physical fitness of the body is the truest way towards a path to better wellness.  We provide individual services such as FitCamp, Personal Training, Psychotherapy, Coaching, and weight management services to individuals, families and businesses.  We offer seminars, workshops, employee wellness plans, and physical education tools to aid in the fight against childhood obesity.  Our company was founded in 2006 with our passion to bring the necessary support, tools and resources to our clients in hopes to aid them with living their best life.
