Tom Horan

Tom Horan is an accomplished Talent Acquisition Leader with over 13 years of experience in recruitment and staffing. Currently serving as the Vice President of Recruitment at TotalMed Staffing, Inc., Tom directly oversees seven offices and manages a large team of recruiters and support staff, contributing to significant revenue growth. Prior to this role, Tom held various positions within TotalMed, including Lead Clinical Recruiter and Senior Director of Recruitment, where impactful achievements included record-breaking recruitment metrics and exceptional team development. Earlier in their career, Tom also excelled as a Real Estate Sales Agent at Coldwell Banker and conducted doctoral-level research at the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
