Dawn Eskridge

Dawn Eskridge has been working in the recruitment industry for over 10 years. Dawn started their career with MedPartners, where they quickly rose through the ranks, eventually becoming the Director of Recruitment for the HIM & CDI service lines. Dawn was responsible for a team of 80-100+ consultants and was recognized as a leader in building and maintaining long-term relationships with them. In their time with MedPartners, Dawn generated over $50M in revenue and was awarded "Producer of the Year" 8 times.

In 2018, Dawn joined Norwood Promotional Products, LLC as their Director of Recruitment. Norwood is a staffing and consulting company specializing in Mid-Revenue Cycle Management. Dawn has been with Norwood for 2 years and 2 months and has helped them place hundreds of mid-revenue cycle professionals in both project based and permanent opportunities.

Dawn Eskridge holds a degree in Health Services Administration from the University of Kentucky.
