Terry Hastings

Terry Hastings has had a diverse range of work experiences throughout their career. Starting in 1995, they worked at Weichert Realtors as a Manager, Ridgefield Office, and later became a Regional VP, overseeing various sales offices and managing a team of over 400 real estate agents. In 2003, they joined HamiltonLadd Home Loans as a Senior Vice President, where they worked with multiple banks and lenders and utilized their real estate experience in sales and management. In 2007, Terry became the President of Hamilton Mortgage, and from 2014 onwards, they have been working at Total Mortgage Services, LLC as a Vice President, Senior Mortgage Banker, where they directly sell to Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac and also brokers loans. Throughout their career, they have developed expertise in mortgage banking, real estate, and sales management.

Terry Hastings attended Central Connecticut State University from 1978 to 1983, earning a Bachelor of Science degree in English/Marketing.
