Tatiane Garcia has a diverse and extensive work experience. Tatiane began their career in 2013 as an Analyst of Social Media at NISSIN FOODS DO BRASIL LTDA. Tatiane then joined Cervejaria Ambev in 2018 and served as a Community Manager, where they were responsible for various tasks such as content creation, social media management, monitoring brand presence, and analyzing KPIs. In 2020, Tatiane joined Revanche Jeans as a Customer Success Analyst, focusing on ensuring customer satisfaction. Currently, they are working at TotalPass Brasil as a Pleno Customer Experience Analyst.
Tatiane Garcia studied Marketing Digital at Universidade São Judas Tadeu from 2022 to 2024. Prior to that, they pursued Gestão de Recursos Humanos at Uninove - Universidade Nove de Julho from 2013 to 2017.
