Matt Gehrman

Matt Gehrman is an experienced recruiting professional currently serving as the Recruiting Manager for IT and Engineering at TotalTek since July 2019. With a strong background in full life cycle recruiting, Matt specializes in sourcing IT talent for various positions including Project Managers and Software Engineers. Prior to TotalTek, Matt worked at Randstad Technologies US as a Senior Technical Recruiter, where proficiency in candidate sourcing and relationship development was demonstrated. Additional experience includes roles as a Technical Recruiter at Robert Half Technology and an Account Manager at Kforce Technology Staffing. Matt holds an Associate degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from WWTC and has completed education at Arizona State University and Lourdes Academy.
