Bill Coghlan has over 30 years of work experience in various technical roles. Bill started their career in the United States Air Force as an Instrument Technician. Bill then worked for the United States Department of Defense as an Air Reserve Technician, where they repaired and maintained integrated guidance and control systems. After that, they joined BÖWE SYSTEC S.p.A. as a Senior Customer Service Engineer, where they provided technical support to customers. Bill then moved to Bell and Howell, where they served as a Field Service Engineer, ensuring the smooth operation of mass mailing systems. Bill also worked as a Project Manager, overseeing the successful installation of Bell and Howell's systems across different sites in the United States. In 2014, they joined Swisslog Healthcare as a Field Operations Engineer, and later joined Bell and Howell again as a Technical Support Engineer, providing customer support. Currently, they are with TotalTrax, Inc. as a Systems Engineer, leading teams in making warehouse equipment intelligent through telematics technology.
