Hagit Shmueli has been working in the software development field since 2013. Hagit started their career as a Full Stack Developer at Telzar 019, where they were a leading programmer in customer care and billing. Hagit was experienced in technologies such as PHP, Angular.js, CSS3, HTML5, AJAX, JavaScript, Bootstrap, jQuery, and Oracle. Hagit was also responsible for writing SQL/Packages/Functions/Procedures/Triggers and leading central projects as part of the company's current business. Hagit was also in charge of billing, creating and sending invoices, and billing with third parties. In 2015, they moved to CodeOasis LTD. as a Web Full Stack Developer. In 2019, they began working at Menora Mivtachim Insurance LTD. as a Senior Full Stack Developer, and in 2022 they moved to Totango as a Senior Full Stack Developer.

Hagit Shmueli graduated from Sha'arei Da'at in 2014 with a Practical Engineer (P.E) degree in Computer Software Engineering.
