Valerii Kuznetsov

Valerii Kuznetsov has a diverse and extensive work experience history. Valerii currently holds the position of Lead Cloud Infrastructure Engineer at Totara Learning, where they focus on developing and refining the cloud infrastructure strategy to meet business needs. Prior to this, they served as the Software Engineering Chapter Lead (Head of Software Engineering) at Loyalty NZ, where they were responsible for leading cross-functional development teams and improving processes.

Valerii has also held various roles at Totara Learning, including Technology Hub Lead, where they led cross-functional teams in delivering high-value products and introduced machine learning development. Valerii also served as the DevOps Manager, establishing and managing a DevOps team to maintain and improve the company's infrastructure. Additionally, they held the role of Senior Software Developer at Totara Learning.

Earlier in their career, Valerii worked as a Software Architect/Solution Architect at Star, a Software Developer at Visonic, and a Web Developer at Video Internet Technology Ltd. Overall, Valerii's work experience demonstrates their expertise in cloud infrastructure, software engineering leadership, and cross-functional team management.

Valerii Kuznetsov completed their Master's degree in Information Security from the National Technical University of Ukraine 'Kyiv Polytechnic Institute' between 2003 and 2009. Valerii also holds several additional certifications, including Professional Scrum Master I from Scrum.org, ICAgile Certified Professional in Agile Product Ownership (ICP-APO) from ICAgile, and a Zend Certified Engineer certification obtained in 2010. Furthermore, they have obtained various certifications in fields such as gamification of learning, learner engagement, business analysis, C#, machine learning, AI foundations, and agile requirements.
