Warwick Fletcher

Warwick Fletcher has extensive work experience in finance and strategic roles. Warwick is currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Totara Learning. Prior to this, they worked as the Vice President Finance at Thunderhead, where they played a key role in transforming customer engagement through personalized journeys. Before that, Warwick was the CFO at Jiminny, where they helped create a culture of coaching and collaboration in sales and customer success teams. Warwick also served as the Group Head of FP&A at Safetykleen, where they provided outsourced services for critical manufacturing processes. Warwick has also held senior managerial roles at Lend Lease, KPMG, and McGrathNicol, where they gained experience in strategy, restructuring, and corporate recovery.
