Erin Milanese

Erin Milanese is a seasoned professional in customer success and educational resources, currently serving as Senior Manager of Customer Success & Solutions at Totara Learning since May 2023. Previously, Erin contributed to the Affordable Learning Project at the Private Academic Library Network of Indiana (PALNI) from July 2019 to June 2024, where responsibilities included administering textbook affordability initiatives and co-leading workshops on open educational resources. Additionally, Erin taught a course on Open Educational Resources at Indiana University–Purdue University Indianapolis from September 2021 to July 2023 and managed learning experiences for clients at eClass4learning from February 2021 to May 2023. Earlier roles included heading learning technologies at Goshen College and serving as a solo librarian at Harrison College. Erin holds a Master of Education in Instructional Systems Technology from Indiana University Bloomington and a Master of Library Science from Indiana University Indianapolis, complemented by a Bachelor of Arts in History from Bluffton University.
