Currently serving as a Senior People Partner at Toteat, responsibilities include leading initiatives and strategies for talent acquisition and cultural development in Chile, Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, and Peru. Although currently mentoring at Start-Up Chile by Corfo, previous positions include Head of People & Culture at Draftea, where Galit guided the HR function and significantly expanded the team, and Head of People at Mercat, focusing on building foundational HR structures.
