León Vial has a diverse work experience spanning across various roles and industries. León started their career as the President of the student organization at Colegio del Verbo Divino, where they led a team of 10 positions and coordinated various activities. León later worked as a Government of student body delegate at Facultad de Economía y Negocios - Universidad de Chile, where they served as the Secretary of inclusion and innovation and was involved in organizing the first sustainable week at the university.
