Jennifer Duff is the President and Co-Founder of Totem, a Native American owned 8a small business that focuses on people, change, and measured impact. Prior to this, Jennifer worked as the Health and Life Sciences Industry Lead at Eagle Hill Consulting and as a Senior Project Manager and Principal at SRA International. With experience in program leadership, business transformation, and project management, Jennifer has demonstrated expertise in driving revenue growth, optimizing operations, and implementing actionable solutions for clients across non-profit, commercial, and Federal sectors. Jennifer holds degrees in Public Administration and Political Science/Environmental Studies from American University and Elon University.
