Luis Robles

Luis Robles is an experienced consultant currently at Totem since October 2022. Prior roles include Program Officer and Senior Program Associate at the International Republican Institute, where responsibilities encompassed managing democracy and governance projects, overseeing budgets, and ensuring compliance with grant requirements across Latin America and the Caribbean. Additional experience includes administrative support at Occidental College, advising for the Permanent Mission of Costa Rica to the United Nations, and research contributions for UNDP on youth development issues. Luis Robles holds a Bachelor of Arts in Diplomacy and World Affairs from Occidental College, completed in 2017.
