TJ Londagin is the CEO and Co-Founder of Totem, a Native-American owned small business that focuses on the intersection of people, change, and measured impact. Prior to founding Totem, TJ served as a Senior Director at Eagle Hill Consulting, a woman-owned business that provides management consulting services. TJ has extensive experience in organizational change management, strategy development, and program management across various government and private sector organizations. TJ holds a Bachelor's of Science in Agricultural Communications from Oklahoma State University.
