Andres Posada

Andres Posada is an accomplished marketing and sales director with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as the Director de Marketing y Ventas at TOTEM Spain since November 2021, Andres has also been a Professor de Transformación Digital at IEB since March 2020. Prior to these roles, a notable tenure at Orange España spanned over 14 years, where positions included B2B Transformation Director and SME Marketing Director, among others. Andres began his career at Alcatel-Lucent, working in various strategic and technical roles. Educational achievements include an Executive MBA from IE Business School and participation in the Key Leadership Programme at INSEAD, along with a degree in Telecommunication Engineering from Universidad de Málaga.
