Serge le Potier

Serge Le Potier currently serves as the Chief Strategy & Analytics Officer at TOTEM since October 2021 and has held the position of Directeur Stratégie Réseau, Risques et Sécurité at Orange since April 2020. Previously at Orange from 2010 to 2020, Serge held various roles including Directeur Programme, Métiers et Opérations, and Directeur du développement et l'ingénierie Réseaux Supports, focusing on network transmission and wholesale market offers. Starting at Orange in 1998, Serge worked as Chef de projet R&D, leading innovation projects in Wireless LAN technologies and managing the Wifi skill center. Serge holds an engineering degree from École Polytechnique and Télécom Paris, and completed a doctorate in applied mathematics at Université de Rennes I.
