Christopher Thompson has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Christopher is currently serving as the Group Chief Financial Officer at Totemic since September 2020. Prior to this, they were the Director and Owner of Harding Thompson Ltd. Christopher also held the position of Chief Financial Officer at OpenWrks Group from November 2015 until September 2020. Christopher has experience as a Finance Director at Oakbrook Finance and as a Senior Finance Manager/Controller at Capita. Christopher also worked as a Commercial Controller at Siemens Metering & Communication Services and as a Finance Manager at Cattles PLC/Welcome Financial Services. Christopher began their career as a Financial Analyst at Electronic Data Systems.
Christopher Thompson obtained a BSc (Hons) degree in Land Management & Development from the University of Reading, where they studied from 1994 to 1997. Christopher then pursued an MSc / MBA degree in Management at Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University from 1997 to 1998. Following this, Christopher completed the ACMA certification at The Chartered Institute of Management Accountants from 1998 to 2002.
