TOTETSU KOGYO CO., LTD. is a company mainly engaged in the operation of construction-related businesses. The Company operates in three business segments. The Civil Engineering segment is engaged in the plan, design, operation and supervision of civil engineering works. The Construction segment is engaged in the plan, design, operation and supervision of construction works. The Others segment is engaged in the leasing of commercial buildings, the improving of power generation and water treating plants, the manufacture, inspection and repair of track maintenance machines, the manufacture and sale of railway related products, as well as the provision of railway-related consulting services. As of March 31, 2014, the Company had four subsidiaries and three associated companies.
