David C. Forrest

David C. Forrest, P.E. is a Substation Engineer at Toth and Associates since 2007. Prior to that, David C. worked as an Industrial/Commercial Electrician for various contractors from October 1987 to April 2007, specializing in installing power and lighting systems as well as motor/process control systems, including PLC. David holds a B.S. degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Missouri University of Science and Technology.
