Jess Moran

Jess Moran, P.E. is a Vice President and Professional Engineer at Toth and Associates, Inc. with experience as an Electrical Engineer. Prior to this, Moran worked at Garmin International as a Senior Design Engineer and Design Engineer. Moran also completed internships at both Toth and Associates, Inc. and Garmin International. Moran obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
