Matt Miller

Matt Miller is the Vice President and Civil Engineering Department Manager at Toth and Associates, Inc. Matt previously worked at Great River Engineering as a Civil Engineer, where Matt was involved in a variety of projects in southwest Missouri. Prior to that, Matt was a Civil Engineer at Ozark Mountain Consultants, focusing on design for residential developments. Matt holds a BS in Civil Engineering from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
