Carlos Castilho has over 25 years of experience in sales and business development in the telecommunications industry. Carlos began their career in 1996 as an Account Manager for Siemens. In 2000, they were promoted to Sales Director for Logica's Telecom and IT Division. In 2007, they joined OnePIN as Business Development Director for Latin America. In 2012, they were appointed Sales Director for Latin America at Sykes Enterprises. In 2015, they joined CounterPath as Sales Director for Latin America. In 2018, they were promoted to Cloud Sales VP Americas at Optiva Inc. and in 2021 they were appointed VP Americas at TelcoDR and Totogi.
Carlos Castilho's education history includes a Bachelor of Engineering - BE from USP - Universidade de São Paulo, which they obtained between 1991 and 1995. Carlos then earned an MBA from the Business School of Sao Paulo/Toronto between 1998 and 1999. In 2017, they attended the Questrom School of Business at Boston University to study Digital Transformation Strategy. Additionally, they obtained an AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS) in May of 2022.
