Jack Chapman

Jack Chapman is an experienced professional in football recruitment and coaching, currently serving as the Head of Academy Recruitment at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club since June 2024. Prior to this role, Jack held the same position at Southampton Football Club from August 2023 to June 2024, and at Swansea City Football Club from February 2017 to August 2023. Earlier experience includes roles in academy coaching and recruitment at Cardiff City FC from December 2013 to February 2017, and at Neath FC from February 2010 to January 2012. Additionally, Jack contributed as a Technical Skills Coach at the Football Association of Wales from May 2014 to April 2015 and as a Youth Development Coach with New York Red Bulls from January 2012 to December 2013.
