Mads Agner Veng

Mads Agner Veng is a seasoned sports professional with extensive experience in football management and development. Currently serving as the Head of Sports & Development and Head of Operations at FC Midtjylland since August 2023, Mads has previously held the positions of Sports Director and Club Director at FA 2000 - Frederiksberg Alliancen from September 2020 to July 2023. Prior to that, Mads was the Sports Director at Boldklubben 1903 for four years and served as Sportslig leder og cheftræner at Kjøbenhavns Boldklub. Mads' coaching credentials include a UEFA B-License and various certifications in talent identification from the Danish and English Football Associations. Mads' educational background features degrees from prominent institutions, including a studentereksamen from Ordrup Gymnasium and teacher training from Læreruddannelsen Zahle.
