Laura Chiplin

Laura Chiplin is an accomplished professional in visitor attractions and events management, currently serving as the Visitor Attractions and Third-Party Events Director at Tottenham Hotspur Football Club since May 2018. In this role, Laura drives commercial success and oversees the execution of various events and attractions while managing a multi-team department and high-revenue P&Ls. Prior experience includes leadership positions at the Victoria and Albert Museum, where Laura successfully executed the Visitor Experience Strategy for up to 4 million visitors annually, and the Barbican Centre, where Laura led customer experience initiatives for over 1.2 million visitors. Laura holds a BMus (Hons) 2:1 in Music from City St George’s, University of London.
