Késhio Phillips has a diverse range of work experience in marketing and digital marketing roles. Starting in 2014 as a Digital Marketing Apprentice at Search & More, they then worked as a Digital Marketing Executive at Cornerstone Design & Marketing from 2015 to 2016. Following this, they worked as a Freelance Online Marketing Manager at Success Resources UK Ltd from 2016 to 2017. They then moved on to roles as a Marketing Executive at Lookers plc from 2017 to 2018 and as a Marketing Executive at Bathroom Takeaway Limited from 2018 to 2019. In 2020, they joined Kaplan UK as a Marketing Executive before being promoted to B2B Marketing Manager from 2021 to 2022. Their next role was as a Senior Campaign Marketing Manager at TheTalentPeople / GetMyFirstJob from 2022 to 2023. Currently, they are working as a B2B Marketing Manager at TOTUM (OneVoice Digital) since 2023.

Késhio Phillips has a diverse education history. Késhio attended Marple Sixth Form College from 2012 to 2014, where they pursued their A Levels in Media Studies & Travel and Tourism. Subsequently, they joined Macclesfield College in 2014 and completed their NVQ Level 4 Diploma in Principles of Marketing in 2015. Prior to that, they attended Werneth High School from 2007 to 2012 for their high school education.

In addition to their formal education, Késhio has also obtained several certifications. Késhio achieved the Copywriting certification from Girls in Marketing in August 2022. In June 2022, they obtained the Microsoft Excel certification from JANETS. Furthermore, in July 2021, they completed the Strategic planning and analysis for marketing course offered by One Education. Prior to that, in June 2020, they obtained the certification for The Fundamentals of Digital Marketing from Google. Additionally, they received the Email Marketing Certified certification from HubSpot Academy in July 2020.
