Diogo Finizola

Diogo Finizola has extensive experience in database administration and IT support, currently serving as a Cloud Database Administrator at TOTVS since April 2017, where responsibilities include supporting the Back Office modules of the Totvs Hotéis software and managing Oracle databases. Prior to this role, Diogo was a Service Desk Team Leader at Atos from July 2015 to December 2016, overseeing support operations and managing a team within the ITSM platform. Diogo holds a Postgraduate degree in Database Management from Instituto Infnet and Bachelor's degrees in Information Systems from Universidade Castelo Branco, completed between 2012 and 2016.
