Rafaela Cechinel

Rafaela Cechinel is an experienced executive currently serving as the Head Comercial HR Tech at TOTVS. Previously, they were a Chief Sales Officer and Partner at Feedz, where they significantly grew the client base and enhanced customer engagement. Rafaela began their career as the founder of Rafaela Andrade Acessórios, gaining national recognition in fashion. They held various roles at Qi Network, specializing in new business and inside sales for Google Cloud. Rafaela holds an MBA in Project Management from Estácio and a degree in Public Administration from the Universidade do Estado de Santa Catarina.
