Robson Campos da Silva has extensive experience in the field of Human Resources technology, currently serving as the Director of the HR Platform at TOTVS since September 2000. In this role, Robson oversees the strategic management of an operation utilized by thousands of clients across Brazil and Latin America, supported by a skilled team across multiple cities. Prior positions at TOTVS include Executive Manager, Development Manager, Development Coordinator, and System Analyst for the HR solutions. Previous experience includes working as a System Analyst at CPS Consultoria Processamento e Sistemas Ltda and CEFET-MG.
