Thaise Shoji

Thaise Shoji currently serves as Business Development de Alianças & Parcerias at TOTVS since January 2022, focusing on managing relationships and growth with partners within the TOTVS ecosystem. Previously, Thaise worked at Mercado Pago Brasil as an Executiva de contas - QR Code, conducting market research and identifying potential clients for new business opportunities. At Hub Fintech, Thaise acted as Analista de Parcerias, managing high-revenue accounts and developing business plans. Earlier in the career at Vale Presente S.A., Thaise held multiple roles, including Líder de equipe, where responsibilities included supporting the commercial team and generating performance reports. Thaise’s experience also includes a leadership position at DLM Consultoria. Educationally, Thaise has completed courses in Emotional Intelligence, Digital Marketing, and holds a degree in Marketing from UNOPAR, as well as a Technologist degree in Business Administration from Senai São Paulo.
