Charlie Pool is the Head of Business Development and Partnerships at Toucan. Charlie has an extensive background in business service design, organisational design, sales, and partnerships.

Charlie co-founded Stowga in May 2016 and served as the company's COO until it was sold to Value Chain Lab in June 2021. During their time at Stowga, Charlie grew the company from conception to operating in 18 countries. Stowga's clients range from ecommerce and same-day delivery startups through to international giants such as KFC, Walmart, Danone, BT, Nike, Mondalez and Coca Cola.

Charlie has been recognised as Property Week's 'Industrial Innovator of the Year'. Charlie has also been named an Estates Gazette Proptech Rising Star and a winner of Wired magazine's Startup Showcase 2017, SXSW Retail finalist 2018, Google Retail Awards 2018 and Retail Week Supply Chain Disruptor 2018.

In addition to their work at Stowga, Charlie is an organizer of the UK’s only Logistics Tech meetup and a keynote speaker at SXSW, Wired, ICE, Google Retail, Power of Three and many more. Charlie is also a mentor at Barclays Techstars and coach at Jolt.

They are on a team with Robert Schmitt - COO, Alexander Haase - Head of Design, and James Farrell - CTO. Charlie Pool reports to Raphaël Haupt, Founder & CEO.
